General terms of purchase

These conditions define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, return and reclamation of products, copyright protection and general business provisions when purchasing products / services offered on this website. may be used for your private use free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions.

The seller is ADRIA VISTA (MB: 97527807), and the buyer is a visitor to this site who fills out an electronic order and makes a payment by debit / credit card.

Ordering procedure

The customer orders the product via the electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and sends the order.

All prices are in euros (€), VAT included. Goods are ordered in electronic form. The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment

Payment procedure

Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the debit / credit cards: MasterCard®, Maestro® or Visa.

Ordered products will be sent after the transfer of money to the Merchant's account.

Terms of delivery

The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer by e-mail as soon as he receives a confirmation approving the online transaction by email. If the products are immediately available, delivery will be made on the same working day after receipt of the order.

If the goods are not available, the Seller will inform the buyer (in writing or by phone) of the possible delivery time. The buyer can then accept a new delivery time or cancel the order.

If the buyer does not receive the goods, or the delivery notice, after it has been sent, within the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller in order to take action to find the shipment or to send a replacement.

Terms of complaints and returns

The guest can change an already defined reservation only if the service provider agrees, which may include: change of reservation holder, reservation date, number of persons, age of persons, type of booked basic or additional services and payment dynamics. The request to change the reservation is submitted in writing (by e-mail, fax or mail).

The processing of these changes is charged at a flat rate, per change (new bill), and depends on the date when the agency received a written request to change the parameters of the reservation:

for the change requested by the guest 20 or more days before the beginning of the use of the leased service, the agency charges a flat administrative fee in the amount of € 20.00,

for the change requested by the guest 19 or less days before the start of the use of the leased service, the agency charges a flat administrative fee in the amount of € 50.00.

In case the guest requests a new change of reservation after the already agreed and confirmed change, it is charged again according to the above price list, even if the new parameters fully correspond to the parameters of the originally confirmed reservation.

If the guest wants to cancel the booked trip, he must do so in writing (e-mail, fax or mail).

If the guest does not show up at the destination or cancels the leased services after the start of use, the guest is not entitled to a subsequent claim for the amount paid.

If the actual costs incurred are higher than previously stated, the agency reserves the right to collect the actual costs incurred.

If the guest who cancels the rented tickets finds a new user of the same reservation when canceling the reservation, the agency charges only the costs caused by the replacement.

If the reservation is canceled due to force majeure on the part of the guest, the agency charges only the actual costs incurred, the total amount of which may not exceed 25% of the value of the leased service. The rest of the money will be returned to the guest.

Immediately after determining the exact amount of money to be returned to the guest, at the expense of the sender, payment will be made exclusively to the card from which the reservation was made.

If possible, the agency is ready to make additional changes to the terms of the agreed and paid reservation based on the written request of the guest. The processing of these changes is charged at a flat rate of 40 EUR for one change. A change is considered to be a change in the term of the arrangement, the number or age of persons, reserved services, or other parameters of the reservation.

Jurisdiction of the court

If the buyer is not satisfied with the solution of the complaint procedure by, he has the right to court arbitration. In such a case, the jurisdiction of the court in Zadar is agreed.

Copyright protection

The buyer / visitor undertakes not to unauthorisedly reproduce and / or publish any material subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights, without the express consent of the holder of these rights.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered at the time of purchase.

The services provided by the website do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our website.
